Zain came promptly when I called Dockins the end of March. He saw that the door was off the track and quickly took care of that as well as adjusting, tightening screws etc. Zain was very knowledgeable and professional. For the price of a service call, my old garage door is in better shape. I highly recommend Dockins, especially Zain! Dockins has a keeper a keeper in him!
Spring broke on the garage door around 11:05. Called Dockins at 11:09. They were able to send someone over now. Zain was done by 12:05. Zain was awesome! Zain was quick, super nice and did an amazing job! Dockins has always done a great job for us!
Had a new garage door opener installed by Dockins Overhead Doors. Joe and Zain came in and got to work. They were very professional. They ran into an issue but didn’t give up. With the issue resolved, I’m a very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend.
I would give 100 stars if I could! We had a terrible experience trying to replace our garage doors with another company in Amarillo prior to calling. When I reached out to Dockins, they were extremely professional and got us in right away. Larry and Zane were fantastic and did an amazing job.
