Technician didnt even diagnose my unit, then attempted to get me to spend $1000. After telling him I was going to get another quote they magically came down $300.Dont let this company scam you. Do business with anyone else.EDIT: Then also lied to save face on their response to this review. I was never offered a repair option or multiple replacement options. I reiterate do not let this company scam you.

Zain installed a new garage door motor for me and it’s worked perfectly. I did have a minor issue with the sensors but Zain fixed it and I haven’t had any issues since. He was very efficient each time he came out.
Dishonest. They failed to keep our appointment and said another job ran late. The technician advised when he arrived the next day that he had our original appointment and had to get a haircut. After 10 minutes of looking at our door he advised that it could be a sensor, a motor or the motherboard. He had me sign to agree to pay $235 to completely diagnose and repair. After only 15 minutes of work he advised that hexwas done. The track was loose on one side. He tightened and adjusted the track and it was repaired. Not a single part was replaced. He knew what needed to be done before he gave me the price to repair and they completely mislead us about the diagnosis part. This is a crooked organization and I would avoid them like the plague!
The torque spring broke on my garage door. Overhead Garage Door of Amarillo dispatched Zain Mason. Zain was very polite and very professional. Mr Mason took the time to answer questions, explain what options were available and pricing. He completed the repairs showed me what was done. The quality of work completed was very very good. Pricing was very competitive. I think overall the garage door works better than what it did when it was brand new. If you need work done on on your garage door I highly recommend Overhead Garage Door and Zain Mason.
