Sadly I have had to use Price multiple times for overhead door mishaps. Most recently the spring broke and the overhead door was cattywampus, stuck half open and crooked. They worked me in the same day and were able to salvage the door and straighten the track! I am grateful for their service and expertise.
I called because my door would not close all the way before heading back up. I'm very disappointed because I left message that whenever they were in town if they could stop by and adjust the eyes. I received call back that they were headed this way today on another call. I did not want to call them to come to Pampa for such a minor thing. In less than 5 minutes they were done and I got bill for $225.90, I was shocked. I feel that maybe mention your charges beforehand that would be nice instead of massive shock after 5 minutes of work.However, I had to call back after they left it stopped working again. They GUARANTEE their work and came back fixed it at no charge!Bottom line ask the charges before, remember their price includes guarantee, a bit pricier but you get what you pay for.
I called a couple of recommended companies to replace our torsion spring and cable. Price ended up having the best price and could get to it the quickest, so we had them come out. The repairman replaced the spring, fixed the cable, which didn't actually need replaced, and did it all in about 30 minutes. Their communication was great, and the repairman was incredibly nice and professional. I highly recommend them after our experience, and we'll be using them again should the need arise!
