Mark and his team did an excellent job with my garage door opener. Mark went above and beyond—he even called Genie customer care himself to check if my system was still under warranty. After spending nearly an hour on the call, customer care confirmed that it wasn’t covered. But Mark didn’t stop there. He made several calls to his own company, and I’m not sure what magic he worked, but he managed to get approval to replace my garage door opener anyway!
