I really appreciate the work that Jeff did, when he came and did the consultation he gave me two options he's very knowledgeable I choose the one that will last....He was caring by showing me how to manually close the garage door, and even took time to loosen up the makeshift gate I have on my porch to start back working again. He replied to my call and messages and make sure that the garage system was working properly....He is Awesome and I will surely recommend him and the company. I already recommend him to my friend. I am very pleased with the service Alaska Garage Door performed on my 31-year old garage door. I couldn't close it with the remote or manually because of a broken, tangled cable. Ben was great and diagnosed the main problem, found other things that needed attention or fixing (lubricated the hinges and other parts, adjusted the sensors, replaced a plate, etc.), and soon it was working smoothly and quietly again. I expected the repair would take a lot more time and money so was pleasantly surprised when it did not. I will be happy to use them as my garage door company from now on.

Ben was very professional, very patient on my questions. Based on his evaluation, we replaced the whole garage opener system that’s almost 25 years old. The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating is timing. For both of our two appointments (one assessment trip and one installation trip), Ben missed the three hours window that caused a little bit headaches to accommodate our already tight schedule. Otherwise, great job!
