We’ve used Door Systems of Alaska several times over the years. The folks there are great to work with. We moved recently and had some issues. I called and spoke to Barbara. She was very nice and got us an appointment at our convenience and within a couple days. They are good about follow up and letting you know when they will be arriving. Our technician was Tyler. He was right on time polite, knowledgeable and helpful answering all our questions. He fixed and inspected and ensured everything worked perfectly. Awesome business, accommodating and affordable!

We’d had a repair that wasn’t working out too well. It turned out our old door had soaked up a ton of water and was way too heavy for the opener. Tyler came out and went over our options with no pressure either way. It was a very easy consult, and we decided to get our garage doors replaced. They had the doors in stock and we had them come and install them two days later. We were also happy that Levi came out to double check everything the day before, to ensure a proper fit and no surprises. Nathan and Kagan did the tear down and install. Very professional and very happy with the results; new runners and door seals too! Yay!

These guys have 5?? ratings for a reason. We reached out to Door Systems of Alaska when we were looking into getting new garage doors. Their pricing was similar to those of their local competitors and they were able to special order the exact doors we wanted. We worked with Hunter throughout the process who was extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond every time we had a question about something (which was frequently ??). His attention to detail ensured we got exactly what we wanted/ordered. They were able to get us scheduled promptly to install after the doors arrived and the job was done professionally and looks great! The installers were very friendly, thorough, and were able to knock out the replacement of all 3 garage doors in just one day. Overall I would absolutely recommend Door Systems for anyone in the market for garage doors!
