Garage door and opener replacement, installation, and repair for residential and commercial properties. Broken spring and hardware replacement, track and roller service, opener troubleshooting, remote and keypad setup, and parts counter support.
Recent reviews frequently mention quick scheduling for repairs, especially broken springs, and installers arriving on time. Customers note professional communication from inspection through quote and installation, with clear explanations on remotes and openers. A smaller set of reviews mention frustrations with diagnostic fees and follow-up scheduling. Showroom visits and no-pressure sales guidance are also recurring positives.
Pioneer door was able to get out and fix my broken spring in less than 48 hours. Gavin was quick, professional, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call them again for any of my garage door needs. Thank you!
Excellent service from the entire team. It started meeting with Garrett who inspected our unit and determined it was old. Garrett was on time and professional. Jeremy with sales was quick to respond and get us a quote promptly. Keegan was the installer of our new unit. He was on time and professional. He was patient with me asking questions about remotes and unit. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
I visited Pioneer Door on 12/10/2025 seeking advice on a new garage door opener, as recommended by my HOA. The staff gave me guidance, and I purchased a new garage door remote. Unfortunately, when I got home and followed the correct programming steps, the remote didn’t work. After researching on my own, I discovered I had been sold the wrong model: I needed a 971LM (390 MHz), not the 371LM (315 MHz).The next morning—less than 24 hours later—I returned to exchange the remote. They didn’t have the correct model in stock, which was fine since I could order it online for much less. What wasn’t fine was being told I couldn’t return the incorrect remote because I no longer had the receipt. The receipt was tiny, barely the size of a Post-it note, and without it, I was stuck with a useless $44 purchase. To make matters worse, I even left the original remote with them, yet I was not refunded a single dollar. This outdated “no receipt, no return” policy feels like something from 1995. While the staff were polite and I treated everyone with respect, the business practices are disappointing. My advice: if you shop here, guard that little receipt carefully—it’s apparently your only protection if you’re sold the wrong product.Bottom line: Good people, but bad business.GM called me and refunded my card. Appreciate the phone call.
I was recommended to use Pioneer Door by several neighbors in my neighborhood. I was charged a $160 deposit for someone to show up for 5 minutes and tell me the operator/motor was broken. For a single female homeowner who is not mechanically inclined, I could have told anyone that the operator/motor was broken. The person on site said they were about 1 week out to come back for installation of a new motor/operator. I waited for Pioneer to call me back that day to schedule service. After 2 days of no one calling me back, I called and left a voicemail. When they called me back the next day (which is now 3 days later), they told me they were 2-3 weeks out which is not what was stated on site. While on the phone, I asked if Pioneer could email me a quote for the different models and prices. I was told to email them and then he would email me back. I jokingly laughed and said "are you kidding me...you're telling me to email you so that you can email me a quote". He grudgingly took my email address afterwards to then send me a quote. I decided to call a different recommended company to see if I could get an operator installed quicker than 2-3 weeks. Once finding a different company could come on site within 2 days, I called back to Pioneer Door to cancel the installation what would be 3 weeks out. I was told that my deposit was non-refundable for literally no service and what I consider to be poor customer service. I would NOT recommend Pioneer Door based on their poor business practice and unsatisfactory customer service.
Great company to work with. I dropped in to the showroom and sales specialist Joe showed me the various options for a residential garage door replacement. There was no attempt at an upsell, and the door selection was entirely up to me.I selected a door, and an install appointment was set up with a week. Joe made an on sight inspection prior to the installation so there wouldn’t be any surprises. The installer arrived as scheduled. He removed my old door along with all associated hardware and tracks. After installation of my new door, he loaded up and hauled away the old door and accessories. The new door makes the house look like new again.
