Roger very rude today. Got call to do warranty work less than a month ago. Out of town due to death in family and closing house. I work 7 days a week and 12 hour days for the last year with a disabled veteran husband. He said, "if something isn't working you would call over and over to have it fixed." I don't use the door and park outside because of it. He said, "I closed it out" and builder was aware of what was going on. You don't want to deal with my husband and I have to be there and it's been hard. Some kindness and consideration on circumstances. I would never use them and will hire someone to fix the job they never installed correctly in the first place. Made me cry. Customer service is not his specialty!

Jeremy is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, never tried price gouging, and always looks for ways to keep the customers cost down. Jeremy stands on the company's warranty and his word without any runaround. Jeremy has never left a job unfinished, and he always looks for ways to fully complete the job with customer satisfaction. Jeremy is the epitome of a technician, and the Art of customer service. The owner of the company Roger has always been very respectful to me and has the customer first attitude. Unwilling to help with their mistakes. Service manager under qualified. They may not show up for your appointment.

I made an appointment for my door at my house to be fixed and they never showed up. Then they would respond when my shop door broke for the third time. It was a bad business from the beginning. My windows were wrong so I had to pay more to get windows fixed.
Roger went back on what he said he should be honest instead of telling the customer to shut up. Worst customer service I’ve had.
I hope if you read all these bad review that you take it to heart.

RAM Overhead Door Services is a company that provides exactly what they promise, and they expect the same of their clients.
I am so pleased with the work RAM technicians provided. They installed new tracks, top of the line smart door opener and best of all, expert install of a special-order door. All components operate smooth and soundlessly. Everything they promised at a cost we all agreed upon.
