Everything was PERFECT! Initial communication and scheduling may be the best experience I've ever had. Patrick, the Technician, a very nice and competent young man texted confirning the appointment and when he was on his way. When he arrived we discussed and looked at the repairs needed. Prices were competitive I believe. The repairs were completed in less than 90 minutes. Payment and receipt process was simple. PERFECT service repair experience. From beginning to end the service was excellent. Scheduling, communication, update from driver/technician. Alex installed my equipment, he is SUPERB!! I can only say excellent things about him. He was timely, efficient, tidy. Most important he was knowledgeable about the current equipment I had, he explained my repair or replacement options and I did not feel in the least bit pressured. I had a new garage door opener/ springs/new motor everything installed same day in about an hour’s time. He answered all of my questions and showed me the functions of the new equipment, overall he explained everything so thoroughly I didn’t have many questions. The prices were very reasonable and fair. Alex was very pleasant to work with. I recommend that Garage Pro provide Alex with an employee incentive whether it’s a pay increase or bonus. Alex was so professional and friendly he sealed the deal, I felt confident to entrust Garage Pros with the job!
