I was about to install my new garage door opener when I realized how out of balance my garage door was. I called 3 local service companies that were rated highly for quotes to make the adjustments. Rescom Door was the lowest quote so I gave them a shot. Dan was able to come out at my earliest convenience (next day). Not only did he do a great job, but he actually lowered the price from his quote because he was in the neighborhood anyhow and the job went so smoothly! I will definitely call them in the future if I have any garage door needs.

This review is long overdue but absolutely necessary. To keep it short, it was a Friday afternoon past 5 o’clock when my door spring decided to turn into a “WiFi device” mid-lift. After calling several companies with no response, I reached out to Rescom.
Dan answered right away, took down the information he needed, and was at my house within 30 minutes. He inspected the entire system-the door, rollers, tracks, cables, everything. Fortunately, all I needed was a spring replacement. Like a seasoned professional, he handled the repair quickly and had my garage door back up and running in no time.

I called Rescom Doors and was totally prepared to be told that my garage door would have to be replaced because of the damage that had been done to it. The track was twisted and bent, a bolt on one side had popped out and a bolt on the other side was bent almost in half. Panels were bent and the door would not move up or down. Dan and Nate arrived within hours of my call (which was on a holiday), working around my schedule. Instead of going along with my assumption of a new garage door being needed, Dan informed me that he felt confident that they could repair it - and they did! I was, and am, thankful for their honesty (they could have easily went along with how I felt about how I was going to have to have the door replaced) and also their ability, in my opinion, to work magic.

Both Dan and Nate were polite, professional, friendly and very efficient. They worked well as a team and had the door up and running again in no time. They also reprogrammed the lock pad for my garage door opener (which they installed for me several years back) while they were here, so they went above and beyond what they were called out to do.

A Rescom Door business card is permanently attached by my back door and their phone number is also in my contacts. When the time comes that the garage door has to be replaced, Rescom Doors will definitely be the company I will call. I HIGHLY recommend Rescom Doors!
