Makei was very professional and efficient as well as very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions, he told me that he’s here for me and wanted us to be happy. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and the smooth professional way he completed the job. The new opener works GREAT, is quiet and functions smoothly. Makei arrived on time and made sure that he cleaned everything up before he left and also help me set up our phones to use as openers. Ben was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and professional. We called at 3pm on a Friday for a quote for repairs to our garage door openers, and he was there two hours later where he answered all of our questions and walked us through the process. He started the work right away, completing one of the doors, and promptly scheduled us to finish the other. He hauled away all old materials, and was very respectful of our home and property. We appreciate his hard work ethic, expertise, and availability. Overall, very happy with our experience with Century and technician Ben!
