Alamo Garage Doors sent their Technician to my home to check out what I thought was a sensor problem that prevented me from programming my opener and adding additional remotes to my network. Aldo was great and he had me up and running again in less than a 1/2 hr. He also gave me some maintenance tips that will help me get the most out of my garages doors and openers. I had my garage door and frame replaced along with a new motor. I made an appointment 2 weeks earlier, and the following day, Aldo came out to assess the door and work. He provided meaningful information and was candid with his recommendation as to what motor I needed. I elected to get the door with insulation. He gave me an estimate for the parts and labor, and I had the work done a few days ago. I contacted Aldo with additional questions, and he quickly responded. The technician installed doors with insulation, and a chain motor. To my surprise, the chain motor is very quiet for a chain drive, especially in contrast to the old door and motor. The work was professionally done, and we are very satisfied with the new door and motor. Both Aldo and the technician were very professional and responsive to questions. I’m glad that I reached out to Alamo Doors and Gates. They pride themselves in what they do. They were able to come the same day I called. Installed a new garage door opener and frame, set me up on the phone app, even programmed my cars to operate the doors. Super responsive, friendly, professional, quick. I’ll call Alamo again for sure.

When I tell you this was the absolutely BEAT experience I have ever had!! Okay so I come out to head to work in the morning and hear a loud bang and my garage door will not open. Immediately I see a few parts on my garage have literally snapped and broken so I go to google to try to find an emergency fix! I land on Alamo Doors and Gates and they tell me they will be over in 30 minutes!! Aldo sat here and went step by step in explaining what the issue is and how it can be fixed easily! I kid you not even an hour later everything is not only working as it did before but it’s even BETTER now! I will only be using this company for all my Garage door needs from now on. Truly thank you!

I needed to get my garage door replaced, and I picked Alamo Doors and Gates at random, actually -- mainly because they were located close to where I live. I was highly satisfied with how Issac and Aldo went about their job. They were extremely professional and courteous, and knew what they were doing. The only thing that left me wondering was why the matter of the remote garage door opener was not discussed. Though it had slipped my mind, I would have expected the professionals to have brought it up during our initial discussions. I contacted them later about it, and those were delivered to me for a price. Overall, however, I was highly satisfied with their work, and would highly recommend them.
