We had Artex Overhead come out to service our door. They were on-time, courteous and most of all efficient at what they were able to do. The technicians that were sent out were very knowledgeable and performed excellent service. It was awesome.
They installed my doors in 2006 and have repaired and serviced them since then. Super friendly and know what they are doing. Great , quick service. The trucks are well equipped aswell. I will continue to use and reccomend them.
Normal wear and tear for the second time with our garage door. The first time we used this company so we knew we needed them the second time. Same day service was great!! Once our part came in they immediately came back out and literally doubled the parts so to reassure no more problems. Great service and company!!
Great product!! Have a rollup door in a horse barn with lots of dirt and dust.. and almost 20 years later... still working great..But their service, was amazing. They return calls, offer advice for possible work-around ... how refreshing .in the service industry.Kiddos for work ethic!!!
