asap replaced my garage door because top panel was bowed $1,300 june 6 '24, soon after rollers fell off the track. The 'stops' were missing and it bowed the top panel. He fixed it. May 9 '26 I had a service call because top panel bowed. I was going out of town, pet sitter here, had to have it fixed even though it cost me $562 plus tax. Now a heavy duty reinforcment strut on there. None was offered before. I was out of town when new panel was installed but the service person told her there is now a 12 year warranty. I cannot attest to that but she said so. Nothing in writing ever about any kind of warranty. I feel it should have been fixed free given the fact it was under 2 years old.
This company is phenomenal! They installed a new motor, wheels and a trim kit for my garage door last summer. Their kindness, attention to detail, skill level and timeliness was on point. I had a minor issue with the garage switch yesterday and they came first thing this morning and repaired it, free of charge. I highly recommend this company because of their product and how they treat their customers.
Great experience with ASAP garage doors. Very responsive and came out to inspect my issue quickly. I had a broken hinge and a few that were close to their breaking point. All of the required repairs were explained clearly to me and the work was done very fast. Gus was great to work with
UPDATE - The owner contacted me and informed me they had let go of the technician who came to my house. I had never gotten the quote because the person was doing it off the books - they found me and came out, made a small repair to the work, and refunded me some for the issue. Amazing customer service to go to such an effort.I urgently needed to get my garage door fixed and ASAP was able to squeeze me in. I appreciated the repair guy being friendly and them coming out so quickly. My gripe is that what we discussed for the toast cost seemed to be around $900. I never got a quote - I was in a hurry with winter storm coming. He wrapped up the work and charged me over $1200 and said that the manager would be sending over a full invoice so I can see the breakdown. That was three weeks ago. I have called and left multiple voicemails. I have emailed. I have submitted forms on the website. My rating I think is fair when there isn’t transparent pricing, especially when it became more expensive than what I thought we had discussed and the fact I can’t get anyone on the phone means there was some dishonesty at play and they’re dodging me, or their responsiveness is only for sales and not for service of work they’ve done. Either way it’s a red flag
Another great experience with asap. I had a squeak in the door and called. The call was pleasant, the response time to come out was great - same day! And it was a 5 minute fix because we got sidetracked. Simple fix of the belt was tight. I appreciate how they made the experience personal. Asked how I like the door, service and really cared what I thought. I would recommend them not only on service, price but warranty.
