I've used Asheville Garage Door on two different occasions and have been very happy both times. The first time I replaced two old doors, tracks, and motors. James and his team were on time, did the job efficiently, and everything has worked great. The second time I worked with this team was the replacement of a motor at my parent's house in north Asheville. I really appreciate James for his professionalism and the next time I need garage door help they will be my first call.
We called Asheville Garage Door after our teenage driver backed into our garage door while it was still closed. It was pretty mangled up, and we weren't sure if it was fixable or if we'd have to replace the whole door. Asheville Garage Door sent Jason to our house the day after we called. By this time, the door had been hanging partly open for a few days, so we appreciated them responding so quickly. Jason said he could definitely get the door to close -- for safety reasons and to keep bears out of our garage -- and then we could then decide whether to try to fix the damage or replace the whole door. He called his office to see if we could replace just the lower panels that were hit -- but, apparently, our particular garage door model has been discontinued so the panels are no longer available. If it couldn't be repaired, the whole door would have to be replaced. Jason was able to close the garage door and also to repair it to the point that, from the outside, it doesn't even look like it was ever hit. We were amazed and so grateful! Jason could have told us that the whole door needed to be replaced, which would have been very costly and stressful for our family. Instead, he was honest and was able to fix our door. If we ever do need to replace it, Asheville Garage Door is the company we will trust to do the work. Highly recommend!
Jason Laws came to our home this morning to replace parts and tune-up our garage doors, which we bought from Asheville Garage Doors when we built 24 years ago, and could not have possibly been nicer, more professional, or more efficient. He is the epitome of why everyone should get their doors from here. The entire company has been very quick to act on our call, from the receptionist to the service providers. They are top-notch all the way around.
Jason with Asheville Garage Door did an excellent job. He serviced our two garage doors. The doors operate much quieter and close very gently. He also added a new gasket, the doors have a weather tight seal now. Thanks for the great work!
A week ago we had a lightning strike that took out one of our two garage openers. It was 22 years old, so I purchased a newer model Chamberlain, belt-drive opener. The installer, Jason, did a fantastic job of installing the new opener which required several small modifications. He did so with ease. Great job, Jason! He also gave our other opener a lubrication service. The entire process of dealing with Asheville Garage Door has been a pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone needing their service. Many thanks!
