The tech who prepared my quote and ultimately installed the garage door was top shelf. The garage door was already installed, the project was to install an electric lifter. During the quote phase, Daniel clearly described the available options. The first panel was slightly bent, a replacement bar with a weatherstrip was installed that remedied the closure gap. The installation was organized and timely to include an exterior keypad and 2 remotes. Altogether a seamless and timely execution. I would highly recommend this supplier and Daniel for their professionalism and customer service.
Life is too short to work with mediocre humans. You won’t have to worry about that at Overhead Door. These guys are very responsive and gave me the time needed to answer all the questions I had.
