The serviceman - Jonathan - was top notch; fast, knowledgeable, precise and very polite (as is everyone in the company I’ve dealt with). We’ll be using Aaron for all our future garage maintenance issues & repairs.
We had Aaron Overhead Doors replace our original wooden garage doors with metal insulated doors this week. The installer did a fantastic job and he did it with great care. These doors are SO much quieter than my old doors and they really refresh the street appearance of our home.

I bought two very expensive phantom screens from this company. When I purchased them, I told them I had three animals that I wanted to make sure could not get through the screens. I was recommended screens that did not attach at the bottom and was told they had never had a problem. I now have two completely useless screens for 2K because all three of my pets instantly figured out how to push the screens up so they could get out. I was told ridiculous suggestions like putting blankets against them or building wooden frames to prevent them from getting out. I asked them to come out and help me figure this out (e.g. Supply me with a new pair of appropriate screens) and after calling numerous times, not once received a call back. I would not recommend this company if you hope to have any issues resolved. I feel they are unqualified to be selling these high end screens and that they simply don't care about customers.
Matt and Marco were great. I only had a couple minutes to explain the job before I had to leave for work to Matt. It was a big job to replace 40+ year old doors, however the handle it! New doors, wiring, and controls. Very excited. The whole team from Destin, Brie, Matt. and Marco did a great job!!!! We are happy to recommend you guys anytime! Thanks
