Ron and his team were very helpful in assessing my problem and then taking care of it. He also spent time explaining things about my system that I would not have been aware of without his expertise. He seems trustworthy and knowledgeable and I know that when I am in need again, I will be able to reach out to him for help. Thanks so much!

Ron was excellent. He also helped me a couple year ago. He walked me through the issue step by step as he inspected the garage door and clearly explained all of my options, including the details and reasoning behind each one. There was absolutely no pressure — just clear information, logic, and professionalism. Because of his knowledge and calm approach, I felt completely at ease and confident in my decision to go with the 20-year heavy-duty spring with a 7-year warranty. What could have been a stressful situation felt straightforward and manageable. I truly appreciate his honesty, patience, and expertise. Highly recommend Ron for garage door repairs.
