Paul was great. I called for one broken hinge. Paul checked the rest and found another one with a small crack. Other companies would have only fixed the broken one so they could charge you again for service and labor when that one finally breaks. Paul is also funny as heck. He will crack you up no pun intended. This is a solid company offering fast reliable service.
Excellent job installing a new opener. Response to my service inquiry was quick. Repair cost for my old 14 yr old unit was almost as much as a new one so I opted for the new belt driven model. The service tech, Paul, was knowledgeable and professional and installed the new unit in a few hours. Did an excellent job and followed up by making sure the accessories were all programmed and working. I have used National Garage Door in the past and experienced good service previously.
