This is the second time that I have used Precision Doors for repairs. The first time was absolutely amazing. This time was better if that was even possible. Shannon showed up diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it just as quickly. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. He took the time to educate me on door maintenance. Their morning one side of the spring on the garage door had broke apart, since my mother had told me about Precision Garage Door Service in Kansas City, I decided to call this company located in Georgia. I contacted this office and the same day they had a technician come to evaluate and provide a fair reasonable estimate to replace the springs and all the details work out in the summary. Derek came out and offered me great service!!! Derek is truly amazing! Derek replaced the springs and other hardware , within MINUTES.Derek was kind, respectful, friendly, and most of all, PROFESSIONAL. I will use this company again. Did a very nice job. Didn't try to upsell me any additional crap. I knew what I wanted, they came in, gave an estimate, scheduled the job and got it done in a great time frame. They had a great promotion going on for a free opener with the purchase of a door which saved a ton of money. Very pleased with the result.
