One of your older, heavy set, male employees is driving down the turnpike at 90mph break checking vehicles and cursing people out and giving the finger and screaming. Not a great look in a company truck. Maybe have a conversation with this person. Tell them to take a deep breath and not put peoples lives at risk. Have a great day!

I used there guys on all my properties in cape may county. They are my go to after dealing with silliness from other companies. Had one company charge me north of $850 for all new rollers and rewinding 2xsprings on a 16’ door of my one rental property lol. For the life of me I can’t remember who it was. But Jersey cape door took care of me on this job with 3x doors for under 200 (less any parts needed) which I thought was more than reasonable. Pretty damn awesome actually.Super big shout out to Keith, my tech. Was cordial, big on communicating when he would be there and was presentable when he showed up. He was clean, company truck was clean he was extremely eager to help me out (it’s his job, yes but it’s sad to even have to type this in the world we live in).Keith did all that I asked in under an hour then asked if there was anything else he could help me with, which there was. I forgot two items. He gladly unloaded his tools and ladder a second time and got me squared away. Dude was a modern day gentleman. Super positive attitude and easy to be around.Left my house as clean as he found it. Seriously couldn’t ask for more.Be weary of google searches showing 20+ garage door repair companies with all raving 5 star reviews. There must be new software boosting reviews so now even google reviews aren’t even honest. I called 2-3 and it seems to be VA’s calling out subs to do your repair. No thanks.I’d be comfortable with Jersey cape door working in my place if I was not home. Seems like the last of the dying breed of good old ma and pa, type of business. Thanks fellas.
