Evans Garage Door Repair Expert took the stress out of what could have been a terrible day. It was during a thunderstorm when the opener chain was loose and making a rattling sound. I'm not handy at all so I really appreciated how clearly he explained things. I wasn't sure who to call, but I found Evans Garage Door Repair Expert and decided to give them a try. Jake took his time and didn't rush through anything, even though I could tell he had a busy schedule. He explained my options honestly without pushing the most expensive one. He tested the door about five or six times before he was satisfied that everything was perfect. I feel so much better knowing my garage door is safe now.

From the first phone call to the finished job, Evans Garage Door Repair Expert was great. It was in the middle of hurricane season when the motor was running but the door wasn't moving at all. After a bad experience with another company, I was skeptical about calling anyone else. He walked me through some simple maintenance tips so I could keep things running well between service calls ??. The whole visit was quick and professional. If I ever need garage door work again, they're my first call.
