Kevin Crowe was our tech, he is professional and very knowledgeable. He offered an initial quote which was more than I could afford. Kevin was willing to work with me, he customized another quote, it was within our range. I’m a senior citizen I really appreciated the help with the quote. Today Kevin repaired our doors, they work great, I appreciate all you did Kevin. If I need any other work, Kevin with Don’s Garage Door will be my go to.

Scott Tanner was great! We had to talk and work out details over the phone as I was at work. He was patient and willing to explain everything he was seeing that needed to be replaced or repaired. He was a great listener and able to provide quality answers to all of my questions. The only downside to the experience is the total cost felt a little high compared to other garage door repairs I've done in the past. I hope the product was worth the price!
Joseph Martinez came out and replaced our 54 year old door that was as heavy as a truck and falling apart. The wood was water damaged and moldy from decades of rain and snow. The new door looks fantastic and is super quiet. The desert sand color matched our house's trim perfectly. The new door is much lighter in weight and much stronger. Joseph even cleaned and swept up the floor leaving us with a great looking garage inside and out.We have used Don's Garage several times over the past 20 years and they have always provided exceptional service. Our house was hit by lightning a few years ago and it fried our garage door motor. They came out that night and worked past 10:00 pm to put in a new motor with a camera and remote operation from our phones. We purchased the annual service package to ensure that the door and motor will completely outlast the life of the house. Awesome work and amazing customer service!
