Don's Garage Door Repair

I was not familiar with Don’s Garage Door, but had seen their commercial, decided to give them a try. Our two garage doors were making a terrible grinding noise when operating. Kevin Crowe was our tech, he is professional and very knowledgeable. He offered an initial quote which was more than I could afford. Kevin was willing to work with me, he customized another quote, it was within our range. I’m a senior citizen I really appreciated the help with the quote. Today Kevin repaired our doors, they work great, I appreciate all you did Kevin. If I need any other work, Kevin with Don’s Garage Door will be my go to.

He quickly diagnosed the issue — my indoor and outdoor remote pads were not acknowledging the receiver, which needed replacement. Ozzie handled the repair efficiently and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and confident throughout the process. Once he identified the problem, he got right to work and completed the job smoothly. He also made sure the work area was clean before leaving. I truly appreciate his expertise and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
