I’ve used Pops on two separate occasions and I’m continually so impressed with the service and timeliness. I called at 5:45pm expecting at best a next day appt- no extra charge for “same day” or “emergency”- the technician, Tal arrived before 7pm- explained exactly what was wrong and had it fixed quickly that same night. Their service is under warranty (as well as the parts) so I feel confident that it’s done right! Thanks Pops!

My garage door was stuck with the cables breaking. It was a Sunday morning and the tech Tal responded in about an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable and completed the cable replacement quickly. He made necessary adjustments and provided a clear and simple estimate before the work started and the price didn't change. I would recommend them.

When I have to book service for something around the home, it usually comes with a bit of dread. I'm picturing another scenario where I get a sales pitch, a quote that is shamefully high, now I have to haggle or just send them away and work down the many quote list.. Ugh. Well NOT today. Daniel with Pop's came by to replace a broken spring with a new set within 4 hours of me calling. I was quoted a very fare range over the phone and the same when Daniel arrived. We had a very pleasant conversation that was honest and to the point after which he completed the work inside of 45 minutes including quickly lubricating the tracks/rollers/springs (no charge, just because that's what you should do). At no point did Daniel try to unnecessarily up-sell me. In fact when I inquired about some gaps he offered me some simple suggestions I could do myself as it was not worth any major work. This makes me happy. This is what honest service should look like.

I won't hesitate to call them directly when I need something else done. And I will know exactly who to recommend to any friends that need service for their Garage door.

we were able to schedule service the same week. Daniel was great—he communicated clearly about his arrival time, inspected the tracks and sensors, and replaced the opener and other worn parts to improve efficiency. He did a fantastic job explaining everything.
The price was probably the best in the entire Denver area, especially for such top-notch service. Our new garage door opener is extremely quiet and came with a warranty. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Pop’s Garage Door Service!
