I purchased a new home in Austin from out of state and before I arrived I had a new garage door installed. I saw that Cedar Park overhead doors was highly rated so I chose them and contacted a sales person, Kathryn. Kathryn was extremely helpful. She went to the house and inspected the door and we decided to replace not only the door, but the tracks, springs and opener as well.The door was special ordered, and on the day of install, I was contacted by the installer, Clay.Clay advised me that he was about an hour away from the house and I told him that I was still out of state, was a lock box on the door with a key and I gave him the code to let himself in and do what he needed to do to replace the door.Clay contacted me when he got there and got into the house. When he completedthe job later in the day he contacted me to send me photographs of different angles of the door from the inside and out as well as the tracks springs and opener.I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone with Cedar Park overhead doors, and especially with Kathryn and Clay. All the employees I dealt with were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, polite, and also friendly.I highly recommend Cedar Park overhead doors and give them 5 stars! ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
Cedar Park Overhead doors technician,Jonathan and Christian, tech in training, came to service my Garage door and they were awesome! On time, quick, efficient, polite, and friendly. They were such a breath of fresh air . I used another company previously , who tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Awesome experience having Cedar Park Overhead Doors repair my garage door multiple times. Samuel did a great job quickly fixing springs. Months later he and the company stood behind their work to repair cables and other items that had failed and got my door working again.
