Mr. Zinaldo stopped by to fix our garage door. Not only did he stay when he had already prepared to leave (since we had things obstructing his access) but he was able to solve the issue in a reasonably amount of time. He walked us through the usage of the new system. He also has great costumer service. He answered all our questions in a friendly and knowledgeable way.

R&S went above and beyond throughout every part of our experience. After having one of my garage doors damaged and stuck in position Travis came out the same day to see what could be done. I thought the door would need to be completely replaced but Travis was honest and told me it could be fixed. They had it working that same day. A few weeks later i decided to have them replace all four of my garage doors, Travis walked me through all the options and help me figure out the right doors to fit my shops needs. When it came it installing all new doors in my very old building I was nervous how it would go. After the first door went up I had complete confidence in there technician Devon. His helper, Z never left the job site or had his phone in his hand, and that speaks volumes for me to see. He was right there predicting which tools and parts were Needed for the next step.
