Reviews
What customers say
Customers mention prompt responses, clear communication and punctual service; a warehouse client also credits the company with creative solutions for time-sensitive fixes. One customer said a new door was recommended, but the household chose repair work and the door later broke again, nearly coming off its track after the bent track had been flagged. Sherman later installed larger rollers, straightened the door and lubricated it, and the customer said the door was repaired properly.
Customer Reviews
Emmanuel Brown
WOW! Chris Brown was nothing short of amazing. He was on time, he explained everything that was needed and why. He completed the work in a very timely manner and he was exceptionally, very friendly. I wish I had called Precision Doors in the past. Now, this is the only number you need to call for any of your garage door concerns...not taking anything away from their other technicians, I'm sure they are all pretty good. But Chris is the person I had the pleasure of workin with.
