Precision Garage Doors did an excellent job replacing our doors - the price was competitive, the process was smooth and trouble-free, and the finished product is beautiful and functional. The rep who initially came out (Trevor) was kind, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful - he answered all my questions and really gave me confidence that this is a quality product.There were a wide variety of styles to choose from and I was able to customize the design to my taste - Trevor brought samples of all materials without being asked, which is a nice change from some other companies I dealt with. The installer (Michael) was skilled, professional, and speedy - he did a beautiful job and the process felt seamless from start to finish. We could not be happier!!

Explained what needed to be done..truly honest to purchase new door. Derrick's team installation- went above and beyond to help my dad. Exceptional job and the quality outstanding. I scheduled garage door service with Precision Garage Door on December 16 and was given a service window of 3:30–6:00 PM. While there was an earlier-than-expected arrival call that morning, I adjusted my schedule to accommodate—and I’m glad I did.My technician, Nicolas (“Nick”) Broughton, was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, and—most importantly—respectful. He clearly explained the actual issue (which differed from what was initially entered into the system), never spoke over my head, and never talked down to me. He laid out my options honestly and gave me the space to make an informed decision without pressure.After installing the new garage door motor on the left side, I decided to wait to schedule a follow-up appointment to service the right side as well.However, I called and requested Nick returned the look at the light on the new motor, as usual he was punctual, communicative, and thorough. I had concerns about the sensitivity of the garage lights, and instead of brushing it off, he literally stood in my garage with the lights off to test and confirm that everything was functioning exactly as designed. That level of care matters.Nick has a great personality, explains things clearly, and treats customers—especially those of us updating older homes—with patience and respect. If you have the option, request Nick as your service technician. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in doing the job right. Ten out of ten—no notes.
