Had a garage door that malfunctioned late last night. Charles replied after-hours and said he could get there the next day. He was on time, fixed the garage door, and then went above and beyond adjusting and lubricating the door and adjusting the opener to function correctly in the future. Will be using AAA Door Guys for all our garage door needs going forward.
Triple A saved the day! Had a problem with the unattended opening of my garage door. Triple A immediately diagnosed my problem & realizing the simplicity of the repair, gave me a very reasonable price & did not overcharge me with an unrealistic service charge....great customer relations and 100% referral!
I DO NOT recommend Charles, I asked him after the install why the panel has a gap, and he said the top panel usually does because of the lift. After they left, I inspected the inside panel, it is defected(not fully insulated) as you can see in picture 2, like it is suppose to be in picture 3. And I highly doubt he will replace it. GOD Bless!
