Had a problem with my garage door (hinge/boot came flying off when I went to close it manually) LGDR was contacted via home owner and came out the very next day…a Sunday even!! He called with an estimated time of arrival and showed up in that time. Once here he told me his name, Marco, and got right to work. He showed me what needed to be done, what should be done in the future and tested everything to make sure it was safe and automatic door working properly. He adjusted the closing of the door so it was just at the right stop point, and arranged so the door closed to the floor. The price was great, he was polite and listened to my concerns and answered any questions. Gave me his card and said if I had any issues or further questions to call.
