Called at 8 am on a Monday with a broken garage door. A truck was at my house to assess within 30 minutes. Needed a whole replacement due to trailer hitch warping the whole thing, scheduled it for the next day. Chad's was back first thing in the morning and it took all of 30 minutes to get the new door on. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service.

When another company was giving me the runaround on fixing a broken spring on our garage door, I called Chad's Garage Doors and Chad answered and sent Kenneth. He came within the hour of me calling and fixed my garage door within that time too. They assured me they had the parts to fix my garage door and they did! Worth every penny for the service, including customer service! It goes a long way! I will be recommended them to my neighbors.
