Gulf States had previously installed my garage door opener. I accidentally messed up the electronic eyes and had trouble realigning them. I called and got service the same day. Cody was sent out. He was excellent and in just a few short minutes had everything right. He was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. This is an excellent company to do business with.
Highly recommend and will use them again in the future if needed. They were quick to respond and fairly priced. I called right after 8:00 AM the day before New Year's Eve and Ms. Chris was able to get me on the schedule for 11:00. Cody showed up on time, fixed the problem in under an hour, explained in detail what happened, and answered all of my questions.
