I called in the morning and they came later the same day, exactly on time. Service was quick, professional, and the tech was very friendly. Value for money? I'm a cheap bastard and $600 for two springs and half an hour of work seems on the high end. But...I didn't have to mess with the killer springs and the door works very nicely now.

Extremely impressed with the service provided by Dave’s Garage. The technician, Drew, showed up promptly the day after we made the appointment. Clearly communicated the issue and the reason for it, and then explained our options. Our previous unit was at the end of its lifespan and starting to exhibit issues. We decided to go with a LiftMaster unit which was installed promptly. Drew took the time to explain the charges and the pros of cons of each unit. We greatly appreciated the clarity and clear communication and professionalism provided by Drew. The price also seemed reasonable.We have used Dave’s Garage in the past and will continue using them in the future.
Highly recommend Dave’s Garage Doors. We recently ordered 2 Olympus model 6’ doors with clear glass panels and a custom color to match our siding exterior. It took several months for the doors to arrive due to the custom paint job, but the team was very communicative and efficient. There was one panel damaged during installation, and the technician was very upfront about it and they ordered a replacement panel right away. Now the panel has been expertly replaced and the doors look pristine and function really smoothly. They also did a great job with the weather seal, you can feel how much warmer the garage is now that the new doors are in.

Communication is top notch, from my initial phone call to the emails and texts keeping me updated of my appointment time, and when the technician was en-route (with full name, photo, location tracking and vehicle make/model so I knew who to expect).Pricing was a bit more than I anticipated, but I was offered the option to do as much of the recommended repair and service as I wanted, to the very basic repair to get my door operational, or none at all.
