Friday night I noticed my garage door was not working. Upon inspection I noticed the spring was broken and needed to be replaced. I feared calling someone over the weekend due to after hours service fees. I researched Axis Garage Door Service and saw amazing reviews. I called Tim at 9am the next day and he asked when I was available. I told him 2pm on I should be free. He was at my house on time, even sending me a text prior to ensure I was home. He was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Super nice guy, answering questions I had while he completed the repair. Prices were very reasonable. We had a great experience with Axis Garage Door Services. I called Saturday morning after backing my car into the garage door and he was here within a few hours to fix the door, so it would work until replaced. Our new door was installed by Tuesday after a holiday weekend. He answered all my questions and took the time to help me understand. Communication was quick and easy.
I had a great experience from start to finish. I called on a Saturday and he answered right away, then came out to my home within about 30 minutes to assess the issue. The repair involved replacing the torsion spring, and I also asked him to replace the garage door opener while he was there. We quickly agreed on a fair price and scheduled the repair for Monday.The repair window was between 9:00–10:00 AM, and he arrived shortly after 9:00. He came fully prepared with all the tools and parts needed to complete the job.A few hours later, everything was finished and my garage door was back in service and working great. Professional, punctual, and efficient.I would definitely recommend him and would use his services again.
