Bryan installed parts that were not needed. Needed parts not replaced . INCORRECT springs installed, potential hazard condition. Parts not totally installed. Loose screws, BECAUSE, they were the wrong springs and could not be installed. Springs are left and right pairs, they installed TWO right hand springs of wrong strength so they left one loose, when something seemed off after repair, tech blamed opener and said he couldn’t do anything about it!?!? DIDN’T even trouble shoot. The problem was the WRONG spring installed.When I investigated the trouble because it reoccurred, I discovered the loose spring. After waiting THREE days for a call back, I tried to do it myself and discover IT WAS THE WRONG TYPE OF SPRING. Further checking against old parts showed they are the WRONG SPRINGS. When I tried to call, it said phone out of service. Different phone got through, was told service change issue.SO. Finally talked to them, told them parts are wrong, THREE days later, guy comes to fix it. NO PARTS, but has another wrong part and says he can “make it work”. I ask to return all parts and refund me. That’s not going to happen.Says he’ll make it work, get parts and come back, leaves and then they say I’m hostile and not coming back.$1000+ for a “make it work” job that is probably a safety hazard and liability.Invoice shows different name, no license number, I can’t find the web page I found and used to locate these clowns.Watched first “tech” mess up but do stuff. Researched about an hour online. Learned more about garage door springs than I ever thought I would. Ordered all the right parts online for less than $200 and will fix it myself.Off to talk to the local or state officials.
