They helped me quickly schedule an appointment a couple days later. Marcus was the tech who they sent and who was my tech the previous time as well. He is super knowledgeable and very helpful and got my door spring replaced and lubricated all the hinges and other equipment so my door was in perfect working order within an hour. Rainer did a great job. I took extended time trying to decide just exactly what I wanted on my house for all the right reasons. I wasn't interested in just replacement. My home like many in this area, the garage is prominent in the street appeal. Miguel and staff spent many visits with me before I finally decided on serious carriage door style 17 foot door and it looks awesome and provided added insulation. Miguel was great handling all the administrative stuff while Marcus and Alan did a fabulous job with what was a somewhat challenging installation. The doors look really nice, work smoothly, and are amazingly quiet. The guys had to get to another appointment so could not finish a couple of programming tasks with the remotes, but Marcus promised to follow up and come back to complete. Fingers crossed.

Marcus and Alan from Rainier Garage Doors were great! The company was recommended by my Windermere realtor. My 23 year old carport garage door had a cable break. These guys came out quickly and diagnosed several other parts likely to fail because they were beyond their expected life - springs, rollers, bearings, and pulleys. As they replaced parts, they discovered that the torsion bar was bent, so they put in a new one. Now the system is quiet and works like new. They got it done in just over 2 hours. Call these guys if you need repairs!
