I highly recommend Dave's Garage Doors. From the first phone call with "James" who was very friendly to the arrival of the service technician "Andrew" who was very knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time, straight to point, no sale tactics, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Was also able to schedule the very next day after initial call which was very appreciated. Moving forward I will no longer use any other company in central Oregon, excellent service.
The tech who came out to give us an estimate was knowledgeable and professional. The installer was professional, friendly and did a great job! Only reason for 3 stars is because of the main office- lack of communication and updates. I had to call to check on delivery, to schedule my appointment to get the doors installed (they were supposed to call and schedule this) and confirm the appointment.
Great service! Love our new LiftMaster garage door opener, keypad, and associated mechanical mechanisms (springs, rollers, etc.). Andrew was very professional, courteous and kind. Thank you so much for this peace of mind.

They came as soon as they could and everything‘s fine now just needed an adjustment. Five star Darrin was amazing. Can’t say enough good about this company!
Nathan came as scheduled, with everything he needed to do to job. Polite & efficient. There’s a bit of fine tuning needed, so I expect to see him back in the next couple of days. He’s going to reprogram the keypad and car remotes then. Price was as agreed upon. I would recommend this company (& my installer). First 2 pics are “before” showing failed 7 year old door. The last is the new one Nathan installed today.
