Called to open my garage door because I accidentally left the only remote in the car and closed it. They arrived two hours later than the stated window and charged $320 just to drill out the lock and force it open with a screwdriver. They also scratched the garage door in the process. Not very graceful. I would try another company with more professional techniques.
