In Aug of last year I called for service because our garage door would not close. It would get to about 1 foot and then go back up. The error code indicated a sensor problem. The owner came out and could not find anything wrong so he lubed the door. In Oct of last year we called again for the same problem. I pointed out where the sensor wires had chuffed through because they were located directly above the lift chain. The repair men moved the wires and repaired with wire nuts. I paid 150.00 for the visit with a check. Still having failures with the same code intermittently so I called again. This time the repair men replaced the wires and relocated them. I have not had a failure since. Now Parks wants me to pay 150.00 again to repair a problem that was not fixed in the pervious 2 visits. I don't think i should have to pay if the problem was not fixed in the previous 2 visits. I already paid to fix the problem once.

Excellent experience I called around 11:30 in the morning and my garage was in working condition by 2 PM. These guys are on it from the woman who took my call to Jack and Quinn who came out to service my garage. They were quick knowledgeable and professional. it is always a pleasure Being able to trust the people doing your work 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend fair pricing quick to get the job done
Parks installed two garage doors for me in the spring of 2023. The service was prompt and courteous and the price was fair. Both doors required follow-up adjustments for different reasons - one was simple and the other was a little more complex. Each time they came out, they were polite but never did identify and correct the cause. The problem with one door was simple and it took me all of two minutes to make the correction, which I did after their first visit. They came out several more times over the next 6-7 months for the other door. Again, they were polite and courteous but they never did identify the cause of the problem. Generally, they made minor adjustments and the said the operation looked good. In fairness, the problem was occasional and did not happen while they were there. I got tired of the same story over and over again and made some adjustments myself. Both doors now operate properly. If I had to start all over again, I'd probably do business with another garage door company.
