ProLift’s website made it simple to schedule an appointment. I provided a few details regarding what I needed and I received a confirming text very quickly with an expected arrival time. The technician called to advise his approximate arrival time and the Apps GPS allowed me to track him to my door.The technician saw my issue and even pointed out a couple other areas of concern that he took care of for me. Nicholas definitely was experienced and knew what he was doing. He repaired the broken bracket and even checked my other opener for problems.He provided the kind of service you just don’t seem to get these days. I highly recommend Nicholas and would not hesitate to call ProLift if I have issues in the future. He did a great job!
