I am very disappointed with the recent service on my garage door. Despite paying $370 in December for new sensors, the door is back to having the same issues. When I called to exercise my 3-year warranty, the representative tried to walk me through fixing it myself.?I hired a professional so that I wouldn't have to do the work myself. I expect this company to stand by their labor and parts. I am requesting a service visit immediately to honor the warranty agreement.
Everyone working on the installation at my house were professional, paid attention to detail, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area when completed. An added value was the friendliness of everyone on the job. My doors look beautiful, the mail slot was installed with precision. I would highly recommend this company!
Jon and his assistant were very prompt, courteous, and professional during the process of install. The job went very well and was finished in under 2 hours. Amazing results. The new opener is much quicker and the door is much quieter as they did additional lube of rollers and checked track. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done. Thank you guys.
