FIVE STAR to DJ and the other technician for the work done.BUYER BEWARE - ONE star for being quoted one price for the service and charged another when the service was completed. Even when I picked up my checkbook to write the check, I called to reconfirm the total so I had the correct amount on the check.Was told the carrier installed was not what was quoted even though the technician showed up with the carrier I wanted (Belt) as discussed/quoted/approved/ordered over the phone.Owner refused to honor the price quoted and insisted the extra $100 be paid.
Superior Door’s customer service was above and beyond our expectations! When our 20 year old garage door opener broke down, Superior was on site and had an entirely new system up and running right away! Even programmed our keyless entry and remotes. All done in less than an hour! Price was reasonable and service was very professional and prompt.
There was a big miscommunication at start of job. We had to wait 2 hours at new construction for the installer to return with our doors to install them. But I must say the installer Michael was the BEST. So polite and so willing to please. He did great job and explained what we needed to know. ****** Great company!
