I had a great experience with my garage door technician, Leo Jimenez. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing before the installation and made sure I understood how the new system works.
What really stood out was how thorough he was—he walked me step-by-step through setting up the outside keypad, helped me get the app set up on my phone, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He also took extra time to try and help me program the opener into my car and go over regular garage door maintenance and gave me helpful tips to keep everything running smoothly.
I truly appreciate his patience and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

He came prepared with plenty of samples and took the time to explain all of our options clearly, which made the process easy and stress-free.

The timing for installation was exactly as promised, and the service team, Rohan and Agustin were outstanding. They were not only professional, but incredibly meticulous with the installation and cleanup. Everything was done perfectly.
