This is my honest review. Please be very very careful with this company. They came in to give me an estimate for my garage door and it turned into a nightmare. My damage was minimal. I could have easily glued the slightly detached metal underneath my garage door but they purposely played with the door manually and made it worse in order to cheat me. This was an act of evil. I got a second quote elsewhere, it was way cheaper. For the next prey. Please make sure not to leave them alone for a second when they are assessing. Otherwise, you will regret that you did. Also, if you are a female make sure you have a male presence to keep an eye on them. It is very hard to find honest and trustworthy people nowadays. Sad!????

After having a very poor experience with another garage repair company, I contacted Precision and they were prompt in scheduling an appointment. The tech, Jose, provided a courtesy call to let me know he would arrive in 20 mins. He was friendly and competent. He quickly examined the issue and provided repair options. We appreciate Precision and Jose. We will not call any other garage repair company again.
