From the person who helped schedule our appointment to Adam , who was our fantastic technician, our expectations were completely surpassed. The scheduler made sure to tell me that their techs had on A1 uniforms, in A1 trucks and were clearly recognizable as A1 technicians. That is reassuring to seniors like us. I answered the door , the first thing Adam said was thank you for having me out here to help you with your garage door. Impressive way to start an appointment. He clearly explained every step he was taking and did so in a way we understood. We trusted his evaluation completely. We have joined the yearly maintenance program and have referred Adam to a neighbor. Adam told us the story of how A1 started and the time and care they spend to train their techs. Cody at A1 Garage was so impressive. I loved how I received his photo and introduction before he arrived. He called me on his way. He diagnosed our problem and described the solution clearly and went over options for resolving our issue. He was so friendly, even his knock on my door was perky! The customer service I received was exceptional. I would highly recommend A1 for any garage issues!
