Nelly took my call this Friday after having had a difficult interaction with another company and she heard out my concerns and assured me that I would be taken care of this Monday. Zach was my technician that came out to get me a quote and recommendations for the work I was asking for help on. Was straight forward and honest with his recommendations and got straight to work same day on doing a garage motor replacement. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality service, good communication, fair pricing, and an overall good experience to give Sawtooth a call. I called Sawtooth just this morning asking for an appointment to have my garage door looked at as we were sure the spring was broke. The lady on the phone was super nice, and told me she could get Ryan out the same afternoon!
He called me when he was headed there, called me after he looked at it, told me the spring was broke, andbthe cost. Also said he had everything he needed to fix it right then! I live an hour away, and he took the time with me on the phone and talked with my son about everything he was doing. My garage door opener has been there for as Ryan said "a minute" haha it's old! He cleaned it up checked the motor and made sure it was good to go!
