Adam Kole, our installation technician, is the definition professionalism. Our first experience was Adam communicating with us regarding his arrival time. Once here, he immediately went to work. The job was clarified with us so we knew step-by-step what was going to happen, ensure he had the correct products, and make any requests or modifications before the demo or build occurred. He was patient with every question, a perfectionist in every detail and even cleaned up a few things the previous install left decades ago. Once complete, he walked us through every step post-install to ensure we were happy, and we were. We intended to get a new garage door. We got a professional installation experience as well as an home investment. I am grateful for Adam and the Don’s Team (Nathan too!). The quality of the products and install are unparalleled. On the pricey end of the business. I showed the technician the ChatGPT’s comparison indicating the repairs with replacement of the spring and motor control and remote was almost double of the price in the region. And gave me a feeling there are a few extra charges for this and for that. But I know they are a reputed business just if willing to be a fair price around $2100, but the total initially was over $3,000. He gave maybe 6% discount after seeing the ChatGPT. As for the service quality, I cannot comment yet, it’s only been 1 day. Aaron did his job, there were some sense of sales pitch in it. It was a hot day to work too. He did show me how to use the app quickly which I appreciates. Overall I think Aaron did his job fine, Don’s garage price is very over priced.
