New opener installation went perfect from start to finish. Our 25 year old unit finally gave out completely and wouldn't budge the door at all. This new model is incredibly quiet compared to the old chain drive we had before. Also has battery backup so we can still get out during power outages which happened to us twice last winter. Installation took about 4 hours but they were careful and programmed both our car remotes plus the keypad. Really impressed with how smooth everything operates now.

Outstanding opener repair service when ours started acting up randomly. Sometimes it would work fine but other times you'd hit the button and nothing would happen at all which was super frustrating. Turned out the circuit board was going bad and they had a replacement part with them. Fixed it right up and now it responds every single time. Also cleaned and lubricated all the moving parts while they were there which was a nice touch. Really professional technicians who clearly know what they're doing and don't try to oversell you on stuff you don't need.
