After several different phone calls to other company’s I found myself at ease and so thankful no other call answered/returned my calls , access garage was out to my home within 15min of calling with a diagnosis and a affordable solution. First I would like to say the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, I did not like the fact that my sensor wire was ran on the outside of the wall and ceiling. I spoke with the company and they said they do not run new wires into the attic. This leaves the wires exposed and hanging across the ceiling. For $400 I don’t want exposed wires.
Absolutely stellar service! Richard returned my call amazingly quickly, and came to replace our busted springs same day within about 2 hours of calling! He even fixed some wiring issues on our motor from the previous owner of the house, and some other small miscellaneous items while he was here, all at no extra cost. We will definitely be calling them with any garage related issues!
My garage door belt broke at 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday night while my two young nephews were visiting me. Richard personally came and helped us out, closed the garage for the night, locked it up and made sure we were safe and sound. His son came back the next morning without me even having to be home and did a great job. They went above and beyond with customer service and pricing! Did not try to sell me anything extra but took a good look at everything to make sure it was all in working order and up-to-date. I bought this home with this unit installed by access garage door services, that was over a decade ago. This is the first time I've had any issues with my garage door. So, I can say their product has been installed very well and with such high quality equipment, that for the past decade I never had to pick up the phone to call. I'm so glad I chose to call the number left on their installation! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
