Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Palmetto

After DIY install of garage door insulation, door would not open. Called and received tech availability same day but moved to next day. Tech arrived with a great attitude, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and thorough in giving us four service options/price points that would help with our old opener, heavy door, undersized spring and fraying cable. After work was complete tech spent time to walk us through new equipment troubleshooting if something goes wrong, each button/function of new system and helped us program our in-vehicle link systems to our opener. Great experience, will definitely use Precision for any future service needs!!!!

Precision Overhead Doors was a great experience from start to finish. They sent a salesman out to provide a free quote who was very helpful and knowledgeable. They are also very competitive on product and price! On the day of install we met Steve who was awesome. He explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions we had. His work ethic was outstanding and his workmanship was exceptional! Once he completed the install he went over everything from lubricating to the remotes. I highly recommend this company if you plan on replacing and/or Installing a new Overhead Garage Door. They also provide a full warranty on their products and workmanship.

Precision is the perfect name for this company. The technician conducted the job precisely and executed the completion in a timely fashion. He explained the issue clearly, and gave recommendations on the upkeep, which left me feeling confident about his work. Therefore, I highly recommend the services of this company. ??????????

Neighbor referred Precision and the work on his door looked very well done. I was also dissatisfied with our previous garage door company. Josh Snelson installed our new 6690L Garage Door Opener today. He was most courteous and well spoken. He represented Precision very well. He was very knowledgeable re: all aspects of garage door issues. He was prompt and worked expeditiously installing the new opener. He was very helpful in setting up all aspects of the mobile app and the other electronics of the new opener. We feel he was very honest in telling us what we needed and what we did not need. Did not feel he was out to make a quick buck for Precision.
